Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
   The “Walk Your Path to Ibiza” giveaway is organised by Duca Walking, a division of Duca del Cosma, with a registered office in The Netherlands.

2. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of the European Union. Employees of Duca del Cosma or its affiliated companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate
   To enter the giveaway:

• Purchase a pair of Duca Walking shoes between May 15, 2025 and August 30, 2025 from an authorised retailer (in-store or online) or from www.ducawalking.com.

• Register your purchase and details online through the official contest entry form at www.ducawalking.com/pages/walk-to-ibiza during the competition period.

• Only one entry per person per purchase is allowed. Multiple entries require multiple purchases.

      3a. Proof of Purchase Requirement

• Participants must retain their purchase receipt (digital or physical) for the entire duration of the promotion, until the final winner has been confirmed. The receipt must clearly display the date of purchase, the product (Duca Walking shoes), and the retailer name.
• As part of the winner selection process, shortlisted participants will be required to submit a clear photo or scan of their receipt via email to info@ducawalking.com.
• Failure to provide valid proof of purchase will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

4. Competition Period
   The giveaway runs from May 15, 2025 until August 30, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

5. Prizes
   One (1) winner will receive a weekend trip for two (2) people to Ibiza, Spain, from September 20–22, 2025. The prize includes round-trip flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and a guided hike with the expert team from Ibiza Hike Station, exploring some of the island’s most beautiful hiking trails.
   

Travel, accommodation, and the hike experience are included. Exact details and itinerary will be communicated directly to the winners.

6. Selection and Notification of Winners
   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The winning customer will be notified by email or phone by September 5, 2025.

If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, or fails to claim the prize, a new winner may be selected.

7. Risks & Responsibilities
   Winners are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings.

Duca Walking, Duca del Cosma, and Ibiza Hike Station cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to persons or personal property during the trip, hike, or stay in Ibiza.

Participation in the trip and hike is at the winner’s own risk. It is the participant’s responsibility to assess personal fitness and health conditions before joining any hiking activity.

8. Conditions
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents for travel to Spain.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the trip dates or itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy
   By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their personal data by Duca Walking for the purposes of administering this competition. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

    Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
